Description:

The patient was a 44-year-old Caucasian female presented to the clinic with complaints of neck back and shoulder pain as well as bra straps digging into the shoulders. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction by the inferior pedicle technique. A total of 383 g were removed from the left breast and 441 g were removed from the right breast. Postoperatively, she had attractive breasts with intact nipple sensation. She is very happy about her result and referred several of her friends to us.
