Description:

Patient at the time of presentation, was a 27-year-old Caucasian female complaining of neck back and shoulder pain as well as bra straps digging into her shoulders. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction and 400 g of breast tissue were removed from each breast. She was left with attractive, symmetrical breast and was very happy with the results of her surgery. Couple of years later she had her first baby and she was able to breast feed. She referred several of her family members to us.
