Description:

The patient was a 40-year-old black female presenting to the clinic with complaints of neck back and shoulder pain with bra straps digging into the shoulders. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with the inferior pedicle technique with removal of 1000 g of tissue from each breast. The patient did well postoperatively with senate nipples and an improved bustline. She is very happy with her result.
