At the time of presentation, was a 38-year-old Hispanic patient who wanted slight reduction in the size of her breasts as well as a mastopexy. At surgery, she underwent removal of 226 g from the left breast and 270 g from the right breast and also underwent a a bilateral brachioplasty (arm lift). She was very happy with the results of her surgery. Her recovery was very smooth. She went an oversea trip 4 weeks after surgery and shared some great shots with us. We are very happy for her.
