The patient was a 52 year old Caucasian female, presenting to the clinic with neck, back and shoulder pain as well as bra straps digging into the shoulders. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with the removal of 1129 g from the left breast and 991 g from the right breast. She was happy with her end results after surgery. All her pain are relieved after surgery. She said this was one of her best decisions ever made.
