Description:

The patient is a 31-year-old Hispanic male presenting to the clinic with enlarged breasts. Examination of the patient was notable for small pointed breasts with a high base of the breasts. At surgery 200 g of tissue were removed from the left breast and 250 g of tissue were removed from the right breast. This was done thru a periareolar incision, so that there are no scars crossing the breasts. A band of connective tissue at the base of the breasts was released on both sides, making the breasts flat and normal appearinig. The patient was very happy with the results after surgery.
