The patient is a 45-year-old Black male presenting to the clinic with enlarged breasts. Exaimnation of the patient was notable for enlarged male breasts with ptosis. At surgery 214 g of tissue were removed from the left breast and 190 g of tissue were removed from the right breast via a periareolar technique. This removed the bulk of the excess tissue of the breasts with no scars crossing an aesthetic subunit, giving him more normal looking breasts with sensate nipples.
