The patient was a 41-year-old white female presented to the clinic with complaints of excess adiposity of the flanks and back with redundant skin of the abdomen. Examination of the patient was notable for increased as a paucity of the back and flanks and abdomen with redundancy of the abdominal skin and a 3 finger wide diastases recti. And surgery, the patient was placed in the prone position and a total of 1500 ML’s was liposuction from the back and flanks. The patient was then rotated and an additional 1800 ML’s of fat was then removed from the abdomen and flanks. The skin flap was raised from an incision line that have been determined preoperatively. The diastases recti underwent a double layer repair. And the abdominal excess tissue weight a total of 2.2 pounds or 1 kg. Postoperatively, the patient has a marked improvement in the appearance of the abdomen and flanks and back.
