This patient was a 34 year old mother of 4 Hispanic female presenting to the clinic with a wide diastasis recti and severe redundancy of abdominal skin and stretch marks. At surgery 1600 ml fat removed from her abdomen and flanks, corrected her 3 finger wide diastases recti with a double layer repair and removed a total of 1.6 pounds of excess skin. She dropped 2 pant size after surgery. After photos were taken at her 6 weeks follow up. The scars were still healing, but she was able to return her normal activity and excise. She was very happy with her results.
