This patient was a 38 year old mother of 5 Caucasia female presenting to the clinic with a wide diastasis recti, umbilical hernia and severe redundancy of abdominal skin and fatty tissue. A abdominoplasty was performed with liposuction abdomen and flanks, removing approximately 1.5 liter of fat.Then 6 finger wide diastasis recti underwent a double layer repair and all excess skin of the abdomen was removed. Umbilical hernia was repaired at the same time, then a natural looking belly button was created. The after photos were taken at her 6 weeks follow up. The results of the surgery were transformative in her appearence. She is thrilled of her results.
