The patient was a 41-year-old mother of 2 Caucasian female presenting to the clinic with a request for abdominoplasty as well as a 360° liposuction. At surgery,2300 ML fat removed from her back, 2400 ml fat removed from the abdomen, corrected her 3 finger wide diastases recti with a double layer repair and removed a total of 2.2 pounds of excess skin. She dropped 2 pant size after surgery. She was very happy with her results.
