40 – 50 years old African American female was seeking breast augmentation to increase her breast volume to achieve natural looking enlarged breasts. Before the procedure she was size B. A pair of 300cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Silicone implants were placed subglandular through incisions at inframammary fold, giving the patient postoperative size C+ breasts. After photos were taken two weeks postoperatively.
