What is Bellafill®?

Bellafill® is a biostimulator injectable dermal filler that is composed of bovine collagen and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and is approved by the FDA as a safe, effective treatment for nasolabial folds (“smile lines”), lasting for as long as five years.

Most other fillers, over time, are reabsorbed by the body, and maintaining the smooth, younger look you want requires additional injections. Although the collagen component of Bellafill® is absorbed by the body and it also triggers the production of collagen over the long term via the presence of PMMA beads, which are not absorbed. This helps you maintain that youthful look for as much as five years without additional injections.

It’s also FDA-approved to reduce the appearance of acne scars. In treating acne scars, Bellafill® gives the texture of your face a smoother look and feel, and keeps the scars away for up to a year.
